Udoodle is a small team of jewellers based in Jersey, Channel Islands.
With over 40 years of experience in the design and manufacture of jewellery between us, we are passionate about creating unique pieces that bring the joy and excitement of childrens' artwork to life in the lasting medium of jewellery.
Our director Deb Macklin has an artistic background and studied at the North East Wales Institute before moving to Jersey fifteen years ago to pursue a career as a goldsmith. Deb's passion is jewellery design and her inspiration for Udoodle came after being approached to design a range of jewellery for children. The design process involved drawing in a childlike way. After making some experimental pieces from childlike drawings on simple shapes, Deb saw the opportunity to turn real children's drawings into very precious jewellery mementoes, and Udoodle was born!
Based in the country parish of St Lawrence in Jersey, our workshops are open to the public and every day our team can be seen designing and making the pieces that we then send to our customers all over the UK.
